Who is this program for?
Quebec’s Skilled Worker Selection Program (PSTQ) is intended for eligible candidates seeking to settle and work in Quebec. Arrima is the online platform used to submit an expression of interest; it is not an immigration program. An invitation is required before applying for permanent selection. Successful selection leads to a Quebec Selection Certificate (CSQ), followed by a federal permanent residence application, subject to the applicable requirements.

Permanent Residence: Canada and Quebec

Canadian Citizenship

For a standard adult grant, requirements generally include at least 1,095 days of physical presence in the five years before applying, applicable tax filing obligations, and language and knowledge requirements where relevant, as well as the absence of prohibitions.
Services include adult and minor applications, preparation for tests and interviews where required, responses to requests for information, and assessment of special circumstances such as waiver requests, name changes or resumption of citizenship.
Applications for a citizenship certificate, including for people born abroad to a Canadian parent, involve distinct rules. We assess whether citizenship has already been acquired before identifying the appropriate procedure.
